Email hello@luveni.eu within 90 days of delivery, with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the simple steps.

What we ask

• That you’ve genuinely given the ritual a fair try by following the 12-week protocol.
• That you return the Luveni cap (the device) to us — it’s completely fine that it has been used. The rosemary hair-growth oil and the scalp massage brush are consumables: they’re yours to keep, used or not.
• One guarantee claim per customer or household.
• Proof of purchase from luveni.eu.
• You cover the cost of return postage for the cap. Once we’ve received it, we’ll refund the price you paid within 14 days, to your original payment method.
