Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how to return items bought from Luveni AB. It sits alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights under EU and Swedish consumer law.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To do so, tell us clearly within those 14 days — email hello@luveni.eu with your order number. You may use the standard EU model withdrawal form, but you don’t have to.

After you’ve notified us, please return the item within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you’ve sent it back), using the same payment method you used to order.

Items should be returned in the condition you received them. You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product. For hygiene reasons, the rosemary hair-growth oil can only be returned if its seal is unbroken.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Your statutory right to goods that conform to the contract is unaffected by this policy.
