Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is [X–Y] business days within Sweden and [X–Y] business days elsewhere in the EU, after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or for reasons outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, email hello@luveni.eu and we’ll help.

Customs & duties

For orders within the EU, no additional customs charges apply. For any destination outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
